Scrub Hub operates solely as an independent online marketplace platform connecting users with independent third-party service providers. Scrub Hub does not itself provide cleaning or home services.

Providers listed on Scrub Hub operate independently and are not employees, agents or representatives of Scrub Hub. Providers may be self-employed individuals, sole traders or registered businesses.

Users choose and engage providers entirely at their own discretion. Scrub Hub does not endorse, recommend or guarantee any individual provider.

Providers are solely responsible for their own services, conduct, insurance, DBS certification, licences, legal compliance and service outcomes. Scrub Hub has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of any provider.

Scrub Hub is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or outcomes of services provided by third-party providers. Any disputes regarding service quality or payment are solely between the user and the provider.

Verification badges, trust indicators and document checks displayed on the platform are intended to improve user confidence. They do not guarantee provider behaviour, service quality or safety, and do not constitute an endorsement by Scrub Hub.

Customers are responsible for confirming pricing, availability, scope of work and any other service details directly with providers before booking.

Payment is arranged directly between the customer and the provider. Scrub Hub is not a party to any payment transaction and is not responsible for payment disputes.

Users and providers must communicate respectfully, honestly and in good faith through the platform at all times.

Scrub Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user or provider who breaches platform rules, receives serious or repeated complaints, engages in dishonest or inappropriate behaviour, or poses a risk to the safety of others.

These Terms of Service may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use of Scrub Hub constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
